Book Review by KayDances of "Pain Free" Author: Pete Egosue
I have found with my neck condition that his recommended passive exercises were especially helpful in realigning my neck when muscle spasms had brought this out of line and thereby increased the pain. Although it didn't help me alot with the chronic pain condition, the exercises were very beneficial in dealing with acute stages and bringing things back to some kind of control. Just thought others with neck conditions
might want to examine the book and maybe it would be helpful to them also.
